What it is

Everything an event needs, nothing it doesn't.

Draws

7 draw formats available

Seed the field and the bracket appears, byes placed, winners advancing on their own. SE, DE, RR, Knockouts, groups, pools and race finish lists, whichever the competition needs.

Live scores

Get every result, the moment it lands

Players and spectators watch the same numbers change on their own phones as it happens.

Real-time sync

In sync on every screen

Score a match on one device and it updates on every other one — scorekeepers, the front desk, the big screen, and every player following along.

One identity

Own your results history

Each player carries one profile, photo, scores and podium history across every event, every sport and every organizer, results follow the person.

Your feed

Follow your friends and family

You get a feed of what the players and organizers you follow have actually done — registered, gone on court, or won something. Grouped by day, so a week away is still readable.

Venue or online

Not every event has a court

An event can be held at an address or online, and an online one carries its join link instead of a map. Players filter discover for one or the other.

Start to finish

Set up in minutes. Ready to run.

Five steps from an empty draw to a trophy in someone's hands, some of them yours, some of them your players'.

01

Create the event

The organizer adds the tournament and its categories — one place for the whole day.

02

Players sign up

They scan the QR or find the event in the app, pick a category and land in the roster.

03

Record scores

Results go in from any device, with your collaborators, as matches finish. Winners advance and results publish automatically.

04

Everyone follows live

Scores fan out in real time, so every screen shows the same up-to-the-second draw updates.

05

Award the winners

Issue podium, participation or special awards from the final results, they land in each player's app with a shareable verifiable certificate.

Formats

Build your competition brackets.

Pick the competition format for your needs. The engine handles BYE's, advancement and standings whichever one you choose, and it is the Organizer app that builds them.

Single elimination (SE)

Fast, decisive knockout draws. Lose once and you're out — a champion in the fewest matches.

An eight-player single-elimination draw in the Organizer app, byes in the first round and the champion carried out to the right.

Double elimination (DE)

A second chance through the losers' bracket, grand final and all — the format that rewards resilience.

A double-elimination draw in the Organizer app, showing the winners bracket, the losers bracket beneath it and the grand final.

Round robin (RR)

Everyone plays everyone. Live standings settle the group without a knockout in sight.

A round-robin cross-table in the Organizer app, every pairing's score in a grid with each competitor's win-loss record. The standings the same round robin produces — matches played, wins, draws, losses, points for and against, and total points.

Pools to knockout

Group stage first, then a seeded knockout. Qualifiers are promoted into the bracket automatically.

Races & rankings

Running, swimming, cycling and racing get a finish list and a ranking instead of a bracket — and so does any sport we don't model yet.

A race finish list in the Organizer app, seven runners ranked by finishing time.

Singles, doubles & teams

One competitor slot holds a person, a pair or a whole club. Every format works the same either way.

Americano

Padel and pickleball, the social way. Partners rotate every round, every player banks their own points, and the table is the total.

An Americano leaderboard in the Organizer app, twelve padel players ranked individually on the points each has banked.
FAQ

Questions, answered.

What organizers and players ask us most, including how your data is handled.

Which devices does AirScoreboard run on?

There are two apps. AirScoreboard Organizer runs the event and is universal — iPhone, iPad and Android, with the full layout on an iPad. AirScoreboard is the app your players use, on iPhone and Android.

Run the desk from an iPad and score courtside from a phone: it is the same live draw everywhere you sign in, and the same draw your players are watching.

Does it work without an internet connection?

Yes. Your tournaments live on your device first, so you can keep seeding draws and recording results if the venue Wi-Fi drops. Changes sync to your other devices and collaborators automatically once you're back online.

Can other people help me run a tournament?

Yes — invite collaborators by email, per tournament. An assistant can configure everything except deleting the tournament, and a scorekeeper can record results only. Invitees get access the moment they sign in with the invited email address.

Collaborators are part of AirScoreboard Pro.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your AirScoreboard account — and the data associated with it — directly inside either AirScoreboard app — one account covers both, so it does not matter which:

  1. Open AirScoreboard or AirScoreboard Organizer and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings and choose Manage Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm both prompts. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

The app then erases your data on our servers, wipes it from your device, and signs you out. If you can no longer access the app, email support@airscoreboard.com from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request" and we'll verify and complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted right away: your account and sign-in details (name, email address, and user identifier), your player identity and organizer profile, and your collaborator invites and memberships. If organizers of other tournaments linked entries to you as a player, those entries are anonymized — your name, photo, and personal details are scrubbed from them.

What may be kept: the tournaments you own are permanently deactivated and hidden from every user at the moment of deletion; we retain the deactivated records (no longer linked to you by name) along with anonymized match results in other organizers' events, so their brackets and standings stay intact — email support@airscoreboard.com to request full erasure of these records too. We may also keep limited records where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. See our Privacy Policy for details.
